President, Bryon Morrison
Bryon Morrison is the president of ipsh!, the wireless marketing agency of The Marketing Arm. In addition to serving as a strategic resource for clients, Morrison oversees the agency’s day to day operations, initiates and manages strategic partnerships, and directs business development efforts for ipsh!.
Morrison joined ipsh! in June 2007 from Javelin Direct, an Omnicom agency specializing in interactive and direct marketing, where he served as vice president of sales and marketing since 2004.
Morrison was an executive consultant for Brand Ops from 2001 to 2004. In 2000, he co-founded Springbow Solutions, a Dallas-based internet firm specializing in portal development and integration, where he served as vice president for brand strategy.
Prior to joining Springbow, Morrison served as CEO of Wiesemorr Interactive, a brand development and interactive communications agency he founded in 1995. Clients included American Airlines, Caterpillar, Blockbuster, Lucent, and GTE.
co-Founder, Mike Jelley
Mike serves as CTO to the firm. Mike began his formal education studying electrical engineering at Rutgers and finishing at the Stevens Institute of Technology with a concentration in computer engineering. His career in technology development began at Ernst and Young and continued at SwissRe where he was a Senior Applications Programmer. Mike joined IPSH in 1999 and has since led a development team creating a technology structure that has led to several proprietary landmarks in mobile content distribution.
Melissa Gena -- General Manager
In her current position as general manager, Melissa Gena oversees the operational aspects of the ipsh! business. Prior to joining the agency in 2005, Gena co-founded and served as vice president of Domino Developer Network, a web-hosting company targeting the Lotus Notes/Domino developer market. She has additional management and consulting experience with Chevron, the California State Automobile Association, Bank of America, Warner Bros. Studios, and Pacific Gas & Electric
