Position: Associate Project Manager
Job Summary: The Associate Project Manager assists the Client Services team with the overall day-to-day management of assigned clients and their associated projects. The APM works closely with their assigned Account Managers/Project Managers to provide clients with a high level of service, planning, and marketing solutions that meet their mobile marketing objectives, ensuring on budget and on time delivery.

Responsibilities and accountability
This position will have a range of responsibilities potentially including:

• Supervising coordination efforts of creative services, media, technology, reporting, data processing, database and production to effectively execute and track campaigns
• Supporting campaign implementation by writing functional specifications, creating campaign flowcharts, and Q/A documentation to ensure client needs are being met, deliverables are clear, and quality is high
• Proactively building, strengthening, maintaining and growing relationships with assigned clients
• Inputting keywords, messaging, etc. into internal tool for larger projects on an as-needed basis
• Testing all campaigns prior to launch to ensure they are working correctly cross-carrier and on a variety of handsets
• Supporting Client Services team with administrative tasks
• Assisting with conversion of binary assets (i.e. for ringtones) and uploading content into content management system
• Assisting with end-user support requests
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years experience in project or account management; agency experience desirable
• Strong organizational skills required; able to successfully juggle multiple projects and to prioritize tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of advertising, mobile marketing, software engineering, and/or digital media a plus
